Spotcheck® SKC-I is a solvent cleaner used in the penetrant inspection process.
Spotcheck® SKC-I is a solvent cleaner used in the liquid penetrant inspection process. SKC-I may be used on a moist cloth to remove surface penetrant from the inspection area prior to applying developer.
Safety:
- SKC – I is intended for industrial use by qualified personnel only
- Do not smoke or eat while using SKC I. wash hands thoroughly after use
- Avoid prolonged or repeat skin contact by wearing protective hand gloves
- Use a good grade of hand cream to prevent drying of skin in case of contact
- SKC-I is highly flammable and should be stored in tightly closed containers away from flame of heat
- Do not use around ignition sources such as open flames, welding arcs, red hot surface etc.
